Hi,
I am Sakshi. I am moving to St. Paul, MN for my new job. I am looking for a female roommate to share 1bed 1 bath in a 2bed 2 bath apartment, preferably in areas near to Oakdale, MN. Maybe in Woodbury, Maplewood, Lake Elmo etc. Planning to sign lease with the person or if anyone has 1bed 1 bath in a 2 bed 2bath apartment, that also works.
Looking for spacious room with good lighting or ventilation into it. Needs to be in safe community near to many grocery stores. My budget is $700 and is negotiable.
Bit about myself: I am a clean and friendly person. I don't smoke and I am a vegetarian. I would prefer another person to be same. If anyone eats non-veg that also works with me. Open to dogs. Would prefer another person to maintain/respect cleanliness in the kitchen and living area. Rest all can be discussed once we talk to each other.
