- 10+ years in software or CRM solution architecture
- Deep HubSpot expertise (CRM, CMS, Ops Hub)
- Strong integration experience using REST APIs and middleware
- Proficient in C# and Python
- Experience with GitHub and version control
- Confident communicator across technical and business teams
- Proven track record of team leadership and project delivery
- Experience in pre-sales engineering or sales solutioning
- Familiarity with MarTech, RevOps, or B2B SaaS platforms
